Great villa in a great location with views from the roof terrace (365 degrees) over the entire area and the sea. Every evening a sunset, one more beautiful than the other. In the morning, the same, only the other way around: pure sunrise. The villa is very stylishly furnished. We felt at home and very comfortable from the start. The outdoor area is also perfect. You are spoiled for choice between different beautiful places: either in the courtyard behind the house or in front of the pool or on the roof terrace. We spent a whole week in this beautiful place and would have liked to stay longer. Definitely one of the most beautiful AirBnBs we've ever encountered. And definitely a place to come back to. Not least because of the friendly host, who also inquired about our well-being in between.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful home. The space is comfortable, beautifully curated, and has everything you might need. We loved starting our days lounging by the pool and ending our evenings with a cocktail on the roof. The location is private but accessible to beaches and restaurants in the area. We were left with wonderful suggestions with what to see, eat, and explore while in Crete!

Jeroen's house is very nicely decorated. It's easy to feel comfortable there. The best view (really awesome) is from the roof terrace. From there you can see the whole area and also the sea. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during our stay (especially very windy), so we could hardly enjoy the roof terrace. Jeroen was always quick to respond to requests and was very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in Kamilari and can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Nepenthe. The hilltop location overlooking the surrounding valleys and the sea is gigantic. From the roof terrace, you can watch the sunset while the garden with pool invites you to relax. The villa is very tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. Jeroen and Maja have created a fabulous place with a lot of love for detail. The contact with the two was very warm and the handover with Katerina was also so personable that we felt comfortable right away. We would have liked to have stayed longer!

We stayed for a week in Crete and looked for something quite to relax. This great house is located in a calm area, had a wonderful pool, perfect to recharge the batteries. We felt home from the first minute.

Fabulous stay and a wonderful villa. So peaceful and spacious. The local village has lots of restaurants and places for coffee. Loved the cats visiting us too!
